How does coaching this game fulfill your purpose? Why do you coach these players and this game?

I coach these players because it helps me fulfill my purpose and keeps me inspired to continually play bigger in my own life. In that way, I am an example of possibility. I help people transform their life as I have transformed mine. I know that coaching this game keeps me accountable in my own life. I have to walk my talk so that my continued growth helps us all to play better and win!

How have you EARNED THE RIGHT to coach these players? How are you uniquely qualified to make a difference here?

YES, I have earned the right to coach this game! When the going gets tough, I get going. I am extremely resourceful and capable. I have faced my challenges with the help of my coaches and mentors with increasing elegance. I know the difference between reacting and responding – I have experienced both!

I have redesigned my life several times, always moving towards my purpose, whether I was conscious of it or not. This process has taken me on quite a journey. I am always expanding my game so I can continue to learn and grow. I hold growth and expansion in very high esteem.

I overcame what I thought was depression in my early thirties by applying exactly the principles that I now use with my Players. I thought that most circumstances in my life were beyond my control and labeled myself based on what I had been exposed to in my environment. I learned how important it was to react to nothing and respond to everything. These days, this awareness helps me to experience happiness while facing the bigger challenges that go hand in hand with a bigger game. When I catch myself reacting (I’m human, too), I can have a laugh at my own expense and change my response.

I have been a teacher of children and adults, an award-winning salesperson, an entrepreneur and a business owner. Most recently, I have had the privilege of supporting and challenging businesspeople in the midst of their industry’s unprecedented downturn. Many of my clients own dealerships in the automotive industry. I have coached them through the most difficult of challenges, when so much is out of their control. My clients are extremely graceful under pressure, and have focused with me on what they can control. We all know that the lessons of the past 2-3 years will serve them well in more prosperous times. Success is not brain surgery. Success is comprised of executing the right action, in alignment with clearly defined purpose and intentions, long enough to see the results. Imagine what could happen to you in your business or career if you operated like this!

And now, I am a Coach and a speaker. Everything in my life to date has led me to this. Through my experience I have accumulated knowledge. That knowledge set me on a path of growth. If I can do it, anyone can become a leader of his or her life. We can all win a BIG GAME of our own choosing, on our own terms!

How will you coaching them in this game MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE? How does it serve the pursuit of Human Greatness?

People are happiest when they are living their purpose. They gain new awareness and live more consciously. Life is lighter, more fulfilling and joyful. Joyful people in pursuit of their greatness makes the world a better place.
